Order and Service Terms

These terms apply to binding orders for company-formation and add-on services from Foundster Corporate Services FZCO.

Version: 2026-08-22

1. Provider and contract

Your contracting party is Foundster Corporate Services FZCO, IFZA Business Park – DDP, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, licence number 41494. A contract is formed when Foundster approves the order after its internal review. An automated receipt confirmation is not yet acceptance.

2. Scope of services

The services, licence duration, visa allocation and add-ons listed in the checkout govern the order. Decisions by authorities, banks and other approval bodies—including licence, visa and bank-account outcomes—remain outside Foundster's control and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Prices and third-party fees

The confirmed Foundster price is frozen in the order snapshot. Amounts payable on site or directly to authorities, banks, medical centres or other third parties are excluded unless expressly listed as an invoice line item.

4. Payment

For card payments, the displayed total is charged after final confirmation. For bank transfer, Foundster first reviews the order and then sends the official invoice and payment instructions. Work generally starts after receipt of payment is confirmed.

5. Customer cooperation

The customer must provide accurate, complete and current information and documents. Missing, incorrect or late information may affect timing, pricing or the services required.

6. Changes and cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent promptly to support@foundster.com. Refunds depend on work already performed and non-refundable amounts already paid or irrevocably committed to authorities or other third parties. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Tax and legal information

Automated recommendations and website content are general preliminary information and do not replace individual legal or tax advice. Before filing, Foundster confirms the specific licence activities and identifies where specialist advice is appropriate.

8. Liability

Foundster remains responsible for performing its own contractual services under applicable law. Foundster is not responsible for decisions or processing times of independent authorities, banks or other third parties where the cause is outside Foundster's control.

9. Privacy and communications

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Order, invoice and service communications may be sent by email and, where provided, by telephone or WhatsApp.

10. Governing law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai apply, except where mandatory consumer law at the customer's habitual residence requires otherwise.
